Get Credit Scores from all Three Bureaus for $15

Target Free Credit Monitoring

In response to the credit card breach at Target stores, Target is offering one year of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection via Experian’s “ProtectMyID” program.

If you sign up for this service, you can order a detailed credit report from Experian, such as is normally available free of charge from each of the three major credit bureaus once a year.  The report does not include your numerical credit score from Experian.

However, Experian is also offering Target customers who sign up the opportunity to purchase their actual credit score from all three major credit bureaus for $15.00, half off the regular price.

If you are applying for travel rewards credit cards in order to get free trips, it is a good idea to keep tabs on your credit score.

To be eligible for this offer, you must request an activation code before April 23, 2014 and then register for the offer through ProtectMyID before April 30, 2014.
